The last bolt before the 4rth anchor appears to have been hacksawed off.  I haven't done the route before, nor did I count the bolts so I'm not sure if it was one of the bolts that was shown on the topo or was a badly placed extra that was taken off.     The climbing is quite easy there so I don't think it is an issue for anyone.
